On Monday and Tuesday we dismantled the dry stone Farley Mowat Boat Roofed House . Presumably then, now we have begun 'mantling' it.
The wallers involved in the project so far have enjoyed wonderful lunches together this week. Thanks to The Chamber of Commerce for Monday's lunch, and The Social Pub, and The Carlyle Inn, for Tuesday and Wednesday's feasts, and to Terry P for some great snacks.
It's been good to talk with so many residents as well as visitors to Port Hope who stop by each day to cheer us on.
